To register at a South African academic institution, it is compulsory to obtain a study permit VISA for the duration of your studies and this medical aid qualifies you for an International Study Visa and is recognised by Home Affairs for education visa needs!

Home Affairs South Africa published Immigration Directive No. 05 of 2023 in April 2023, confirming that a radiology report and chest x-ray is no longer a study VISA requirement.

It will allow international students to study at recognised institutions, including primary, secondary, and tertiary schools.
