This is the fastest way for you to become a Bonitas health member!


2. Personal Information. The Heart of Your Application
Fill in your personal details accurately.
Think of it as introducing yourself to Bonitas.


3. The Plan Options.
Look at the various plans offered by Bonitas Health.
Which one suits your lifestyle and needs?
Talk to us and investigate the various Bonitas plans.
We help you make an informed decision.


4. Understanding Premiums
What are the premiums, and how do they fit with your budget?


5. Adding Dependants
If you have dependants, include them in your application by inserting their details.


6. Medical History - Honesty is the Best Policy
Disclose your medical history up-front.
You will avoid having your medical aid terminated through non-disclosure in the future!


7. Submitting Documents
Submit IDs or birth certificates of all members.
If you are joining BonCap, submit a current bank statement.
Submit certificates of membership from all past medical aids.
If you cannot obtain them, then an affidavit stating the medical aid/employer name and dates of membership will suffice.

We will tell you what you need to submit.


8. Payment
Medical aid is billed monthly in advance and Bonitas will run a debit order on the bank account you provide.
Look at your health as an investment, and make sure it's well taken care of - always pay the monthly premium on time!

Download the Bonitas App and access your membership details, plan benefits and limits and much, much more!

Congratulations, you're now a Bonitas Health member!

  • Is there a grace period for premium payments? Bonitas Health provides a grace period for premium payments. However, it's important to stay informed about the terms to avoid any disruptions in your benefits.

We charge no added fee to assist you choose, join and process your application.
